This June 27–29, Braza Churrascaria is stepping out of Lan Kwai Fong and into AIA Vitality Park for Extravaganza: When Brazil Meets Hong Kong!
As Hong Kong’s first and only Brazilian Churrascaria, we’re proud to showcase the taste of Brazil with a specially curated street food menu, handcrafted cocktails, and the vibrant energy our guests know and love. You’ll find us at Booths 3 & 4, right by the harbour — ready to bring you a delicious escape to South America, one bite (and sip) at a time.
What’s Happening at the Braza Booth? Join us for a taste of Brazil with our limited-time street food menu, made to match the rhythm of the carnival:
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich – Tender chicken with chimichurri and lemon on soft bread.
- Grilled Flank Steak Sandwich – Juicy steak with bold pepper sauce, a savoury street favourite.
- Feijoada – A hearty black bean stew slow-cooked with beef and pork.
- Pastel de Frango – A crispy Brazilian empanada filled with seasoned chicken.
- Grilled Pineapple – Lightly caramelised with cinnamon sugar, served on a stick.
- Brigadeiros – Traditional chocolate truffles rolled in sprinkles for a sweet finish. And refreshing Brazilian cocktails all weekend long! (View Menu Below)
Braza is Also Participating in Booth Games! As part of the carnival fun, we’re joining in the Extravaganza booth games — and there are prizes up for grabs! Test your football skills at the event’s soccer challenge, and you could walk away with one of 400 exclusive HK$100 Braza dining vouchers.
