At ALTO, we believe food is more than sustenance—it's a story, a comfort, and a connection to those we love. This Pink Month, we are honored to share a story from our Chef, Scott Shulman, that lies close to his heart.

**"When my Aunt Mary was battling breast cancer, the first dish that brought her comfort was a roast chicken I made. That moment inspired me to dedicate my career to creating food that brings joy and connection."

In her honor, we present Roasted French Chicken Supreme with barley, Japanese sweet potato, crispy Brussels sprouts, and smoky chicken velouté — for Aunt Mary, and for all breast cancer fighters and survivors. **

10% of the proceeds from the selected recipes will be donated to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation throughout the month of October. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
