A true treasure trove of tantalising tastes, SPIGA brings you the exquisite creations of renowned chef Chef Bartolini, who, since becoming a Michelin-starred chef at age 29, has gone on to accumulate a staggering tally of 13 stars across five restaurants. Reigning from Tuscany, Italy, Bartolini is legendary for his signature techniques and amazing home-style recipes so lovingly crafted with only the most authentic and fresh Italian ingredients.
Situated in Central, Hong Kong, SPIGA is a testament to Chef Bartolini’s ambition of bringing a modern Italian restaurant and the fabulous al fresco culture with a spacious terrace to Hong Kong, one of the world’s densest and busiest financial districts.
PORTICO – SPIGA’s adjoining outdoor terrace becomes a garden-like oasis in the restaurant for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails, al fresco dining, and theme-based personal or tailor-made corporate events catered to with authenticity and perfection.
Bartolini’s menu was designed to transport you to the serene, rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy, by using traditional ingredients and recipes while also infusing Bartolini’s creativity and innovation.

Every visit presents a new angle, a unique ambience, a fresh radiance, and a rare glimpse of Italy, Europe’s ever-fresh fountain of history and culture.
Before SPIGA, having an Italian restaurant with a garden-like terrace for al-fresco dining in the heart of bustling Central, Hong Kong was unimaginable. Wang’s brilliant design incorporates lush plants, peacock dark-green and blues tiles to mimic an expansive outdoor garden inside the dense, compact, and futuristic landscape that surrounds it, and unleashes the full spatial potential of the restaurant’s terrace, which is just over 200 square feet.
The centre of this space is defined by a collection of deep banquettes to create a delightful and lively atmosphere for al fresco dining for larger groups and relaxed cocktail parties in Hong Kong.
